Galentine’s Day Celebration

A couple girlfriends and I got together for a little pre-Valentine’s craft and gal time and I wanted to share with you. I improvised some very tasty treats that were inspired by my great-grandmother’s Belgian waffle cookie recipe (that she brought over with her from Belgium) and by the fact that I bought a whole bunch of strawberries on a whim!
Take a look. (Hint: the recipes are at the bottom!)

Here’s to you and your wonderful GauffrΓ©, great-grandma, Sophie!

Now for the recipes!
